Photo retake orders are due back no later than Friday, November 27, 2015. All orders received after that date will be sent home and will need to be ordered directly through the photographer.
All photo orders that were returned prior to November 9, 2015 were sent to the photographer today for processing. Parents will be notified the day the pictures go home with students.
If you have moved or changed your phone number or email address please contact the office immediately to have your address changed. Your student is assigned a bus based on this information so the address must be accurate or your student will be assigned to an incorrect bus route.
Grade 9 Trip Information
The deposit for the grade 9 Quebec trip was due November 6, 2015. Forms and deposits returned after date will be put on a wait list only.The deposit amount is $300. Martock Ski & Snowboarding Club
Martock club ski & snowboard club is now full and we have also filled our waiting list. For further info please contact Ms. Newton or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The next Archery session will be December 10th in the evening from 6-8pm. The list will be posted December 7th.
Cross Country Ski and snowshoe club
This club will begin on each Tuesday in the new year. Students will travel to McDonald Park in Waverley by bus. The club has no cost or fee to join. The club is known as Winter Trekking please register online. Chat with Mr. Brown for more information email@example.com

Band fees are now overdue. Please make arrangements with Mr. Beale firstname.lastname@example.org for payment if you have yet to make payment.
Band students arriving with instruments in the morning may enter the school to put their instrument in the band room and go back outside.
Jazz bands Grade 8 & 9 Monday & Wednesday until 3:40pm. Grade 7 Monday.

The Glee Club has begun at Rocky Lake. If you like to sing bring your lunch to the band room and join the club. The Glee Club will meet each Tuesday at 11:45.

IMMUNIZATION DATE – TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2ND
The grade 7 immunization forms will be distributed to the students on Monday, Sept 14th. Please read the information booklet provided and return the signed consent form to the school by Friday, Sept 18th. It is important that you sign and return the consent form even if you do not want your child to receive any of the vaccines. If you have any questions about the vaccines please contact public health. If you require additional information about the immunization clinic you can contact our school counsellor at 902-832-8952 or by email email@example.com.
POWER SCHOOL PLEASE READ
Powerschool logins are being sent home today, September 10th. These passwords are only given out once a year so please register for Powerschool when you receive this password as it is a very valuable tool for you and your student. Please make sure to keep your password in a safe place as once you change it the school no longer has access to it and you will need to reset it. Powerschool passwords can not be given out over the phone.
Please make sure to bring proper identification with you to register. We require proof of address, birth certificate or passport, and immunization records.
